Pray Big

Happy Thursday y’all!! I love my little sign in the kitchen as a reminder every morning. As Christians we all rely on God, and we show this by praying. We pray to adore God because he is worthy of all adoration. We pray to confess our sin because we are to be aware, daily, of our need for forgiveness. We pray to thank God. We pray asking God to provide because we know he cares about what we need. We pray, because we know that God is almighty, sovereign. We trust that God will guide our steps (read James 5:13-18). I especially love the ending sentence of James 5:16 The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. God wants to hear from you. Remember when you pray, pray with your whole heart. Pray Big! Therefore I tell you whatever you ask for in prayer believe that you have received it and it will be yours. Mark 11:24
