Be still and know..

Well it’s Thursday and I’m just now posting my verse of the week! Seems like I have just constantly been going, mind and body..Which makes this verse perfect! The Lord wants us to come to him whole heartedly. I challenge y’all to find some quiet time within your day to spend with God one on one. (I’m including myself in this challenge) No distractions, no cell phones or tv. Without kids or spouse around. Just you by yourself to do nothing but praise and thank the Lord for all of your blessings. Even if it’s just 5-10 minutes. The power of prayer is amazing y’all! It brings us closer to our Father and Lord Jesus and he wants us to confide and love him, he says we should cast all our worries out and open our hearts to him. All God asks is that we love him and trust him. Have faith in God that He has got you covered in every way. Stop and focus on the beauty of Christ and know that He is in control.
